NextBigBill is an independent capital expenditure modeling tool and educational resource. All outputs—including the Next Big Bill window, 5-Year Capital Exposure, and Condition-Equalized Price—are probabilistic simulations derived from public national engineering baselines (InterNACHI, DOE, NAHB, ASHRAE).
3. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use NextBigBill for personal and non-commercial research, or for client consultation by licensed real estate agents and inspectors. You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or deploy automated bots to extract calculation logic or datasets.
- Misrepresent NextBigBill condition-equalized calculations as formal lending appraisal documents.
- Circumvent or tamper with security measures or URL hash structures.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NextBigBill, its developers, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the calculation tools, including but not limited to purchase offer outcomes, contractor pricing discrepancies, or post-purchase equipment breakdowns.
